Basic Rope Rescue (All Day Saturday)

This 8-hour class will introduce students to basic rope rescue, why and when we use it, and the risks involved. The class will cover the use of standard rescue equipment, knots, litters, and anchor systems. Practical scenarios will include building a rigging system to raise and lower loads in low angle terrain.

Required Gear: : Helmet or hardhat with chinstrap, leather gloves, sturdy boots, harness rated for activity (not older than 10 years old), appropriate clothing for weather/terrain
