Cancellation Policy Cody Fire School will refund cancellations received prior to 7 days from the start of the event. Later than that, we cannot make up for the costs incurred to hold a spot for students, and thus we can’t offer refunds after this time. Cancellations should be sent to the Cody Fire School email ‘codyfireschool@parkcounty.us’. Since we are 100% volunteer, we don’t have staff on site to take phone calls, and thus cancellations by phone will not be honored.
